By placing an order on our site “www.inflower.com.au” you are partaking in a contract between yourself and us “www.inflower.com.au” to the value of the grand total of your order placed on our checkout. This contract is explicit for the single transaction of goods, the goods, and for the completed delivery by us or by our delivery network.
Please place your order carefully as we do not provide cancellations.
Returns & Refunds:
We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on orders as these are perishable goods.
Orders flagged as high risk or fraudulent will be cancelled before fulfillment and refunded in full. No exceptions.
Given that our cut flowers are perishable, many factors determine the product lifespan. We consider a successful order being that the flowers are intact, firm and fresh at point of delivery. We are not responsible for the condition of flowers once they are delivered. Product life is typically up to 1-2 weeks from delivery.
Factors that will affect the condition of the flowers to which we are not liable:
- Being left outdoors for an extended period of time. We will provide a delivery and use common sense by contacting the recipient if no one is home to instruct us on where to leave the order.
- Flowers not being watered: For a bouquet, remove the cellophane and submerge the stems of flowers in cool water, replacing water every 1-2 days. For a Box arrangement, you can wet the green floral foam in the base by pouring a cup of cool water into it every 1-2 days. For a vase arrangement, we recommend changing the water with cool water every 1-2 days to remove any bacteria or stale water.
- Being roughly handled and thrown about. Flower petals bruise easily. Please handle carefully and try to avoid touching the petals.
- Wilting flowers. Flowers are perishable and may last up to 1-2 weeks max. It is normal for cut flowers used in bouquets and arrangements to wilt over time and die.
Inflower Quality Assurance & Sydney Deliveries:
We oversee the quality of our products right up to the completion of delivery. We will not deliver an order that we consider faulty. If there is an issue with your delivery, we kindly ask you to provide as much evidence as possible so we can investigate the matter and seek out a fair resolution.
Interstate Quality Assurance:
For floral bookings managed by us, and sent by a local vendor interstate, we carefully select vendors interstate that are trusted. If your recipient has an issue with their order we kindly ask you to provide as much evidence as possible so we can raise this with the local vendor and seek out a fair resolution.
International Quality Assurance:
We carefully select vendors overseas that are trusted. If your recipient has an issue with their international order we kindly ask you to provide as much evidence as possible so we can raise this with the local vendor and seek out a fair resolution.
