Floral Delivery Policy:
Floral delivery is to be completed by us for local deliveries in Sydney, or by a third party courier to fulfil the delivery. In cases where tracking is available, we can provide the link to the sender.
Interstate and International Floral Delivery:
Interstate and International orders made through us are completed by a local florist to the recipient, delegated through the Petals® Network.
Shelf goods shipped in hampers are delivered by us or by a third party courier or australia post. In cases where tracking is available, we can provide the link to the sender.
Failed Delivery due to incorrect address:
Please take all care to provide us with an accurate address for delivery. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incomplete or insufficient address and the cost of the flowers will not be refunded. If you have provided us with an incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the delivery address. If the address cannot be confirmed, we can redirect the flowers at an additional charge at our discrepancy.
